Constantino Vaporaki, Cristian Borruto y Santiago Basile marcaron los goles para el seleccionado argentino, que con este triunfo se aseguró un lugar en el Mundial FIFA de Lituania que se disputará durante los meses de septiembre y octubre.
Vale recordar que Argentina viajará a Europa con el título de último campeón del mundo, por lo que buscará defender la hazaña lograda hace cuatro años atrás en el Mundial de Colombia 2016.
